电子货币作为一种最新的货币形式,是货币发展一般规律作用的必然结果。电子货币不仅具有一般货币的共性,而且具有明显的时代特征。电子货币同样执行着货币所固有的各种职能,同时在原有固定职能的形式上又有所发展,起着固定职能所无法起到的作用。电子货币这一新的派生形式的出现,并没有否定马克思的货币理论,相反,却再次证明了马克思货币理论的科学性和不可动摇性。

Being a most up -to -date monetary form,cybermoney is the certain result of the general law of monetary develop ment.The cybermoney not only has the general character of common currency,but als o has the apparent character of times.Also,cybermoney has un-dertaken the whole function of curre ncy,and meanwhile has developed beyond initial form and has the effect which the regular currency has not.Being a new derivative form,the emergence of cybermoney doesn' t deny the monetary theory of Karl Marx,on the contrary,it proves the scientific spirit and unvacillatio n of the monetary theory of Marx.
