加入WTO后中国工业部门所有制将如何变迁?
How Will Ownership in China's Industrial Sector Evolve with WTO Accession?
摘要
加入WTO将给中国工业带来怎样的变化?它会使大型国有企业变强还是变弱?如果确实如此,怎样变化?本文应用市场结构理论,通过发展一种名为市场份额检验原理的工具来回答这些问题,并对中国工业部门的所有制变迁加以分析。我们的主要发现是:许多大型国有企业能够生存下来,它们的生存战略包括从完全国有和国有控股变化到稀释国家所有权和减少国家控制。这种和私人部门的合作关系为国有企业带来资金、技术和企业管理从而实现增长,而WTO成员身份将加速高度多样化所有制结构的出现。
