数控线切割的G代码自动编程

NC WEDM Autoprogramming of G Instruction

本文用ＶＣ编制了接口程序和计算程序,从ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ的加工零件图形产生的ＤＸＦ文件中读取实体信息,按线切割路径对实体用搜索比较法进行排序,然后自动生成Ｇ代码程序指令。实例计算表明这种方法是高效的。

VC program is used to read entity information from DXF file of AutoCAD. The entities are collected and then arranged in the order of start - to - end according to WEDM path. At last G instruction are generated automatically. Example is carried out to test the program.
