本文通过对ＫＮＣ－５０型小型精密数控车床交流主轴伺服系统２＃报警的修理,全面分析了故障产生的原因,系统介绍了检修的具体步骤以及在板级维护中分析问题的方法、解决手段和需要注意的事项。
According to the examine and repair for alarm No. 2 of KNC - 50 numerically controlled precision lathe, the reasons of failure are roundly analysed , at the same time, some effective measures for parsing problem and maintenance are introduced in detail, some precautions are also mentioned.
