铸造中面向制造的设计技术

The Development and Application of Design for Manufacturing in Casting

摘要 介绍面向制造的设计技术及其在铸造中的研究和应用情况 ;通过将面向制造设计DFM评价准则引入产品设计阶段 ,从可铸造性和经济性角度评价设计 ,可以及早地避免不合理设计 ,达到提高产品设计品质、降低成本和缩短生产周期的目的。 The application and development of design for manufacturing technology in casting are described. Through introducing DFM criteria to castability analysis and cost evaluation, the improper casting design can be avoided. Therefore, the aim of improving design quality, reducing cost and production time can be attained.
