摘要
在垂直分型 (DISA2 0 13MK5 )生产线上 ,针对B5后制动盘铸件 ,应用均衡凝固技术进行工艺改进和工艺设计 ,成功地消除该铸件的渣气孔、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷 ,综合废品率 <5 % ;达到了B5后制动盘铸件的检验标准和供货要求 ,取得了良好的企业信誉和经济效益。
In this paper, the proportional solidification is used to design the pouring gate system and riser for B5 rear brake disk in DISA2021MK5, the defects existed in the castings are eliminated effectively, the casting by the new method meets with the specification of the casting, so good reputation and interest are gained for the company.
