详细地介绍实型铸造模样模具CAD的设计思路 ,借助CAD三维实体复合建模技术的可视性、可装配性和可检测性 ,有效地改善了泡沫模样的切片合理性和模具结构 ,明显地缩短了产品模具的开发周期 ,实现了复杂实型铸造模具的国产化。同时也提供了一些在生产实践中行之有效的模具设计要点和工艺参数。
The article introduces a mold design process for full mold casting pattern and die. With the aid of visibility, inspection and assembly, the reasonableness of split and die structure has been improved effectively, the die development cycle has been shortened, and the nationalization of synthetic full mold casting mould is realized. Some key points and parameters of die design have been offered.
