摘要
着重讨论合金元素Si、Mn及回火温度对控制冷却获得贝氏体复相球墨铸铁性能的影响 ,对比研究控制冷却、空淬、水淬热处理工艺下试样的性能 ;结果表明 ,2 .8%~ 3.2 %Si ,2 .7%~ 3.2 %Mn ,喷淋控制冷却后经 2 0 0~ 30 0℃低温回火 ,试样的力学性能最佳。控制冷却所获得的试样力学、磨损性能最优。
The effect of silicon, maganese elements and temper temperature on properties of bainitic ductile iron in a controlled cooling procedure were extensively investigated in this paper. The properties of samples heat treated by air cooling and quenching were also measured in the same time. The optimum parameters for the controlled cooling technique are to be kept in 200~300 ℃of temper temperature. Its chemical composition should be chosen as silicon of 2.8wt% ~3.2wt% , maganese of 2.7wt%~3.8wt%. By this way the mechanical properties and wear resistance of samples are expected.
