摘要
本文研究了真空变形方法和用其加工施密特非球面改正镜的原理.运用薄板弯曲理论推出了有关公式.用真空变形法加工了口径200毫米,厚度直径比为1/40的施密特改正镜,得到了比较满意的结果.
The vacuum deformation method and principles of making a Schmidt corrector plate are described. The theoretical analysis and the relevant formulae are also presented. We have successfully fabricated a Schmidt eorrector plate (200mm diam., t/d=1/40) by means of the vacuum deformation. This paper narrates how the plate was made and tested and shows the satisfactory results.
