摘要
根据非球面波前的关系,对非球面主镜的二维哈特曼定量检验中矩阵列屏孔板的几何参数进行了最佳选取.本文给出了在云南天文台1.2m抛物面主镜的屏孔板上所做的结果.结果表明:此方法在各个散焦位置处具有最小的象斑和采样密度高的特点,能提高象点的测量精度和主镜面的检测精度.
According to the relation of the aspherical wavefront, the optimum geometrical parameters of the square array screen in the two-dimensional Hartmann quantitative test of an aspherical mirror have been chosen. The results for the 1.2m paraboloid mirror at the Yunnan Observatory are given in this paper. They show that the method has features of the minimum image diameter at every defocused position and of the high sample density. This method can improve the measurement accuracy of the image point and the testing accuracy of the mirror.
