In the paper, the author presents the technical status of the fuels, furnace structure, burning devices, recuperation of residual heat refractories and thermal control etc. of the industrial furnaces for forging, as well as the tfendency of the reformation of coal-fired furnace and the high performace industrial furnaces for forging.
