摘要
研究了在 pH 6 .5乙酸铵缓冲溶液中 ,硼与 3 甲氧基 甲亚胺H的显色反应条件 ,最大吸收在 4 2 0nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数为 8.1× 10 3,硼含量在 0~ 10 μg/ 10ml范围内符合比耳定律。用于微量元素叶面肥料中硼的测定 。
It is reported that the color reaction of 1 (2 hydroxy 3 methoxybenzylidene amino) 8 hydroxynaphthalene 3,6 disulfonic acid with boron(Ⅲ) in an acetate buffer medium of pH 6.5 is applied to the determination of boron in leaf fertilizer. The absorption maxima is at 420nm and its molar absorptivity at this wavelength is 8.1×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law holds over the range of 0~10μg per 10ml of solution. The results of boron content obtained are found in good conformity with those obtained by the standard method.
