摘要
研究了氢化物发生 原子荧光光谱法对微量砷的测定 ,方法灵敏度高 ,准确度好。在最佳条件下 ,荧光强度与砷浓度在 4× 10 - 4~ 0 .2 1μg·ml- 1范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限达 1× 10 - 4μg·ml- 1。用此法测定了罐头食品中微量砷 。
The optimum conditions for the HG AFS determination of arsenic were studied and a AFS method for the determination of arsenic in canned food is proposed. Under the conditions proposed, there is a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and arsenic concentration in the range of 4×10 -4 ~0.21μg·ml -1 , and its detection limit is found to be 1×10 -4 μg·ml -1 . The RSD of this method is found to be less than 1.8% for a concentration of 0.063μg·g -1 ( n =8). The accuracy was tested by analyzing two standard reference materials and consistent results were obtained.
