摘要
采用薄层色谱和柱色谱法 ,选择优化展开体系 ,有效地分离了三氯半乳蔗糖中间体 2 ,3,6,3′ ,4′ 五氧乙酰蔗糖混合物 ,并证实该混合物中杂质为三苯甲醇 。
A mixture containing the intermediate 2,3,6,3′,4′ penta o acetylsucrose (PAS) obtained in the synthesis of trichlorogalactosucrose (TGS), is studied by thin layer and column chromatography. The composition and volume ratio of eluants are tested and optimized. It is reported that PAS is effectively separated by a solvent mixture of chloroform and acetone in the ratio of 2 to 1 by volume, and that another impurity in the mixture is also separaded. It is characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis, and is identified to be triphenylmethane. This finding is considered to be quite important for the synthesis of TGS.
