康明斯6BT排气歧管铸态生产工艺的研究

Study on as-cast casting process of Cummins 6BT exhaust manifold

经过分析和试验 ,开发出一种新的高效球化剂和一种新的高效复合随流孕育剂 ,制定出铸态生产工艺。经批量生产验证 ,取消了退火 ,铸态完全达到了康明斯标准规定的铁素体球铁的要求。

By analysis and experiment,a new type of noduler with high efficient and a new type of high mixed in-flow inoculant have been developed,and the as-cast production was made.The result show that,the as-cast casting can completely meet the specification of Cummins standard about ferrite ductile iron after omitting annealing by high volume production provement.
