FMS中铣削刀具破损监控技术的研究

Study on cutter damage monitoring technique of milling machining in FMS

针对FMS中铣削刀具破损监控技术进行了研究。确定了理论状态下铣削力 (扭矩 )模型 ,确定了破损铣刀在切削中的力学特征及铣削时铣刀破损的力学判据 。

The milling cutter damage monitoring technique is studied in FMS, and the milling force (torque) calculating model is defined under the condition of theory. The milling machining mechanics features and the mechanical bassis of milling cutter damage are obtained, and the experimental analysis is also done.
