摘要
分析了彩电内插座支架塑件的结构特点 ,介绍了该塑件注射模的结构与工作过程 ,着重介绍了弯销、齿轮齿条、斜导杆及液压侧向分型与抽芯机构在该模具中的应用。
The structure characteristics of the plastic bracket of the inner jack of the color TV set were analyzed. The structure and working process of the injection mould for the part were introduced. The application of the dog_leg cam, gear and rack, guide angle pin, hydraulic side parting system and core_pulling system in the mould was stated in detail.
