摘要
针对电器行业的复杂产品 ,研究了其基于LOM原型的产品/模具快速设计与制造工艺 ,提出了该工艺存在的问题及其解决方法。以实际电器产品为例 ,介绍了LOM原型、硅胶模具。
In view of the complicated products of the electric industry, rapid design and manufacturing technology for the products and tools based on LOM prototype was studied. The problems existing in the technology and the corresponding measures were put forward. With actual electric products as examples, the processing flows for making the LOM prototype, the silicone rubber moulds and the resinous samples were introduced.
