摘要
讨论了常用模具钢在激光扫描下 ,发生相变硬化、晶粒细化 ,形成扳条及片状马氏体混合组织 ,内部存在大量晶体缺陷 ,使未溶碳化物明显下降 ,尺寸减少 ,残留奥氏体显著强化 ,表层产生残留压应力 ,处理后硬度提高15%~20% ,耐磨性增加。并对上述组织性能变化的机理进行了探讨。
The changes of the structure and performance of common die steel occured after scanning by laser beam were stated. After treatment, the hardness of the die steel increases by 15%_20% and the wearability improves. The principles of the changes of the structure and performance of the die steel were discussed.
