摘要
应用电刷镀技术,镍作为过渡层,制备了铅—镍复合镀层。考察了该复合镀层微动磨损性能,并与基体微动磨损性能进行了比较。结果表明:在基体表面电刷镀铅—镍复合镀层具有较好的抗微动磨损性能,其损伤机制为粘着和疲劳;镀层摩擦因数随微动振幅增加而增加,随载荷的增加而减小;涂层明显改变了表面的摩擦状态,在微动磨损过程中减轻了表面粘着,降低了磨损。
A Pb/Ni composite coating was prepared by electro-brush plating. The fretting wear properties of the composite coating was investigated and compared with that of steel substrate. The main results showed that the composite coating has good anti-fretting properties , and its main damage mechanism is adhesion and fatigue wear. The friction coefficient increases with the increase of amplitude, and decreases with the increase of load. The composite coating can obviously change the surface friction state, and alleviate the adhesion and fatigue wear of surfaces.
