摘要
根据方锥形件整形凹模的结构特点和它在整形工艺中的受力状态 ,运用有限元方法对其进行了分析和计算 ,得到了在整形时 ,凹模各部分的应力分布情况 ,从而可以确定其破坏的原因。并从提高模具强度和使用寿命的角度 ,提出了方锥形件整形凹模的合理设计方案。
In accordance with the structure characteristics of the sizing matrix for the square_tapered parts and its state under stress in the sizing process, and through the analysis and calculation with the finite element method, the stress distribution at each part of the matrix in sizing process was obtained. Thus the failure cause of the matrix could be determined. A reasonable design of the sizing matrix was proposed with the view of improving the die strength and extending its service life.
