摘要
介绍半浮球成形的拉伸模 ,用聚氨酯橡胶利用原凸模和注射成形法制造凹模的方法与工艺 ,简化模具结构 ,大大节省时间与成本。
The drawing die for forming a half floating ball was introduced. Polyurenthane rubber was used to making the die by adopting the method and process of manufacturing the original punch and the injection method for the matrix. The die structure was simplified, the manufacturing time greatly shortened and the manufacturing cost lowered.
