摘要
模具设计在选材时对于经验依赖性强 ,且具有盲目性 ,不利于实现设计过程的计算机化。承袭传统解析法作为凹模设计的理论基础 ,以理论分析为主 ,综合分析影响凹模强度及总直径比的各个因素 ,从而使模具层数预估、使材料选用以及设计过程更合理。
When selecting material for a die in the die_designing process, technicians usually depend strongly on their experience and are of blindness, which does no good to computerization of the die designing process. By taking the traditional analytic method as the theoretical basis for the matrix design, each factor that affecting the matrix strength and diametric ratio was comprehensively analyzed mainly by theoretical analysis. The forecast of the number of the die's layers, the selection of the die material and the die designing process were made more reasonable.
