By taking the traditional analytic method as the theoretical basis for the matrix design, each factor that affecting the matrix strength and diametric ratio was comprehensively analyzed mainly by theoretical analysis. The forecast of the number of the die's layers, the selection of the die material and the die designing process were made more reasonable.
