摘要
在大批量的机械加工过程中 ,由于加工系统和测量系统具有动态时变特性 ,导致加工精度不断损失 ,其总体趋势可用棚状模型来描述。建立了加工精度动态损失的数学模型 。
In the Process of the large scale of manufacture, the manufacturing system and the measuring system have the characteristic of dynamic time-variation. Thus the loss of the working accuracy is caused. The total trend of the loss can be described by the shedlike model. In this paper, the mathematics model of the dynamic loss of working accuracy is developed. And the efficient of the model is proved by examples.
