摘要 :随着市场竞争的加剧 ,已有的车间布局已不能满足企业的需求 ,迫切需要高柔性、模块化且易于重构的车间布局 ,当生产需求发生变化时 ,能够迅速重组以满足新的需求。在对传统的车间布局设计方法的分析基础上 ,本文将就面向敏捷制造的车间布局展开讨论 ,详述了新型模式的车间布局 ,针对虚拟单元这一敏捷单元的组织形式 。 There is an emerging consensus that existing layout configurations do not meet the needs of enterprise as the competition becomes more fierce . There is a need for a new factory layouts that are more flexible, modular, and more easily reconfigurable. When the production requirement changes, it can be reconfigured to satisfy the new requirement. This paper will discuss AM oriented shop floor layouts design. Based on analysis on traditional design methods of shop floor, its new types are elaborated. A new design method is provided aimed at the virtual cell, a organization type of agile manufacturing cell.
