摘要
为了考察挤压态复合材料的性能,挤压铸造SiCw/1050A复合材料被热挤压。对复合材料中的组织结构参数进行了测定和分析,并采用混合法则对挤压态SiCw/1050A复合材料的强度进行了预测。结果表明,挤压导致复合材料中组织参数发生变化(包括晶须和基体),进而影响复合材料的性能。用修正的混合定律预测挤压态SiCw/1050A复合材料纵向强度时必须增大表征基体贡献的系数c到6左右才能得到满意的结果,表明基体强度是影响SiCw/1050A复合材料强度的一个重要因素。
To investigate mechanical properties of as-extruded composites,a squeeze-cast SiC w /1050A composite was hot-extruded.Microstructural parameters in the as-extruded composite were determined and analyzed,and the tensile strength of the as-extruded composite was predicted using the rules of mixtures in longitudinal direction.The research results indicate that the hot-extrusion resulted in a change in the microstructural parameters in the composite,including the whiskers and the matrix,so that properties of the composite were influenced.To obtain a satisfactory result in predicting the longitudinal strength of the as -extruded composite using improved roles of mixtures,it is necessary to increase c ,a factor to characterize the role of the matrix,to6.So,the strength of matrix is an important factor to affect strengths of composites.
