摘要
研究结果表明,水稻污点病菌可以利用多种作物组织营养,在甘薯培养基中生长最快。该病菌也可以利用多种合成培养基,在Wolfie培养基中生长最快。病菌最易利用的碳源是甜醇,最易利用的氮源是硝态N。它在10~30 ℃均能生长,在20 ℃时生长最快。在pH 2.25~9.55时均能生长,最适生长pH值为3.25~5.28。光照对水稻污点病菌生长无明显影响。
The fungi can utilize varieties crops nutrition, mycelium grows very fast in sweet potato extract. The different mixture media has great effect on growth of fungi. The mycelium grows fastest in Wolfie mediam. The studies on the effect of various carbon, nitrogen sources showed the optimum C.source is Dulcitol, and the optimum N source is NO3-. The pathogen can grow between 10~30 ℃, the optimum temperature of mycelium growth is 20 ℃. The range of pH in which the pathogen can grow is 2.25~9.55,the optimum pH is 3.25~5.28.
