论文首先阐述Bi—Sb—Te—Se半导体系的致冷/加热原理与特点,而后较详细地介绍了可应用于制糖工业结晶领域的多功能半导体致冷/加热结晶系统,并给出该系统在进行溶液升/降温可控试验时的结果。
The heating/cooling principle and characteristics of Bi-Sb-Te-Se semiconductor are briefly described. A multifunctional crystallization system with Bi-Sb-Te-Se semiconductor is introduced in detail and some experimental results are given using the system to heat/cool sugar solution and so forth.
