伊盟丘陵山区发展水保经济初探

Tentative Inquiry of the Development of Soil and Water Conservation Economy in Hilly and Mountain Areas in Yih Ju League

地处黄河上中游水土流失严重地区的内蒙古伊克昭盟 ,在实施西部大开发战略中 ,根据区域优势和产业定位 ,对农牧业经济结构进行了重大战略调整 ,将伊盟丘陵山区定位于水保经济区 ,结合伊盟实际 ,对建设水保经济区的意义进行了初步探讨 ,提出了加快治理水土流失 ,改善生态环境 ,促进区域经济发展的措施。

Yih Ju League Inner Mongolia,located in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River, has adjusted strategically the economic structure of agriculture and animal husbandry according to the regional superiority and industrial position in the strategy of nationwide developing the west, and has fixed its hilly and mountain areas as soil and water conservation economic zone.Based on the actual situation of Yih Ju League,a tentative inquiry to the significance of building the soil and water conservation economic zone is made.The measures of speeding up the harness of soil and water erosion,improving the ecological environment and promoting the development of regional economy are put forward.
