塑料袋包装甜菜种子贮藏后对生活力的影响

The Change of the Vital Force of Sugarbeet Seed Stored in Plastic Bags

本试验通过用塑料袋包装(简称塑包)贮藏不同水分的甜菜种子,测定神子的生活力。结果是:水分6.2—6.7％的塑包种子贮藏4年,发芽率基本没有下降;水分8.8—10.9％的塑包种子贮藏4年,发芽率下降幅度很小;水分15％以上各处理的塑包种子经1年的贮藏后,发芽率迅速下降。

The vital force of sugarbeet seed stored in plastic bags was determined. The seed had different water contents before being stored. After the storage of four years the germination percentage of the seed with the original water content of 6.2—6.7% did not fall essentially, and the germination percentage of the seed with the original water conten of 8.8—10.9% fell very little. However after the storage of one year the germination percentage of the seed with the original water content above 15 percent fell sharply.
