摘要
本文研究了电导法测定白糖灰分产生偏差的原因。作者研究了在28°Bx白糖溶液中25种电解质的当量电导和灰分换算因数,结果表明各种电解质的当量电导和灰分换算因数差别很大(3.46×10^(-4)~7.02×10^(-4))。讨论了白糖中各种阴阳离子对电导灰分的影响程度和规律性。作者认为电导法测定白糖灰分与重量法产生偏差的原因是由于各种离子具有不同的灰分换算因数。本研究的下一步工作是建立电导法测定白糖灰分的多元线性数学模型。
This paper deals with the sources of deviation in determination of ash content in white sugar with 'C—ratio' method. It is investigated that equivalent electrical conductivities and ash conversion factors of 25 kind of electrolytes in 28°Bx white sugar solution at 25℃. The test results showed great difference (3.46×10^(-4)~7.02×10^(-4)) on ash conversion factors of the various electrolytes. It is discussed that the effect and cations on conductivity ash. It is concluded that different ash conversion for various ions is the sources of the deviation caused by 'C—ratio' method.
