摘要
在法学本科教育开创伊始,对其一系列问题急需进行全面的、系统的研讨,从而推动中国民航学院法学本科教育的发展和繁荣。对法学本科教育的教育目的进行了研究。
After several years ' striving,the education of law subject in CAUC has been rati-fied.At present ,it is necessary to systematically study the education of law subject in order to im pel its developing and thriving.The author have took the task to study educational goal,cur riculum and teaching methods of law subject in CAUC as a member of problem group,i.e.the study for course system of aviation law subject.
