Present Status of the Technical Force in Labs of CAUC and Thinking on Solution of Strengthen

从素质教育和创新人才培养角度出发,结合高校扩招,学分制实施,行业院校特色,介绍了民航学院实验技术队伍现状,以及加强队伍建设的紧迫性,提出了解决问题的一些思路。

From the perspective of cultivating competent and creative personnel and taking in-to consid eration of the expanded enrollment of colleges and universities,this paper briefs on the present status of the technical force in labs of CAUC and stresses the urgentness of strengthening it,offering some solution to the problems turning up in the process.
