摘要
在低温下,将基材浸渍在含配合物TiF2-6,F-离子捕获剂H3BO3,及加有结晶诱导剂锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶的过饱和水溶液中,在基材上沉积锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜.研究了TiF2-6水溶液的浓度、反应物TiF2-6和H3BO3的摩尔比、沉积时间、反应温度等对沉积TiO2薄膜的结构和性能的影响.并用UV-Vis、XRD和SEM等对TiO2薄膜的透明性、厚度、物相和形貌等进行了表征.用亚甲蓝的光催化降解,评价了TiO2薄膜的光催化活性.
Anatase TiO2thin films were obtained on a substra te at low-temperature by addition of H3BO3into(NH4)2TiF6solution supersaturated with anata se nano-crystalline TiO2.Effect of TiF2-6concentration,TiF2-6/H3BO3 molar ratio,deposition time and rea ction temperature on the surface str ucture and performance of deposited thin films were investigated.The tr ansparence ,thickness,crystal str ucture and image of the deposited fil ms were characterized by XRD,SEM,and UV-Vi s absorption spectroscopy.Photocatalytic activity of the TiO2thin films was evaluated by degradation of meth ylene blue.
