高效液相色谱法测定2,4-二苯基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-(丁二酰亚胺基)-β-内酰胺

Determination of 2,4-dibenzoyl-1,5-benzothiazepine-α-succinimide-β-lactams by high performance liquid chromatography

建立了测定 2 ,4 -二苯基 - 1,5 -苯并硫氮杂 -α- (丁二酰亚胺基 ) -β-内酰胺高效液相色谱法。该法线性范围在 0～0 .1m g/ m L ,回归方程为 A=196 7346 75 .7c- 35 84 32 .3,相关系数 r=0 .9993,相对标准偏差 0 .38% (c=0 .0 6 mg/ m L ,n=5 ) ,检出限为 0 .0 6μg/ m L。平均回收率在 95 .7%～ 10 3.

HPLC method for determination of 2,4 dibenzoyl 1,5 benzothiazepine α succinimide β lactams was developed.Chromatography was carried out on a hypersil ODS 2(4.6mm×250mm,5 μm) column at 254 nm with acetonitrile water (7∶3, V/V ) as mobile phase.The results showed that the calibration curve was linear over a range from 0 to 0.1 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of higher than 0.9993.The RSD ( n =5) for 0.06 mg/mL compound is 0.38%.Recovery of the method was 95.7%～103.9%.The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and repeatable.
