摘要
研究了以硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,马来酸和正丁醇为原料合成马来酸二丁酯 ,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明 ,醇酸摩尔比 3∶ 1,催化剂用量 0 .3g(马来酸为 0 .0 5 m ol的情况下 ) ,反应时间 1.0 h是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯化率达98.2 %
Synthesis of dibutyl maleate with butyl alcohol and maletic acid as reactants and sodium bisulfate as catalyst were studied.The influencing factors on the reaction were investigated.The optimized conditions for the reaction are as follows:Weight of catalyst is 0.3g (weight of maleic acid is 0.05 mol);molar ratio of butyl alcohol to maleic acid is 3∶1;reaction time is 1.0h.The yield of dibutyl maleate is about 98.2%.
