摘要
以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W1 2 O4 0 /Ti O2 为多相催化剂 ,通过乙酸和异戊醇反应合成了乙酸异戊酯 ,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。结果表明 :Ti Si W1 2 O4 0 /Ti O2 具有良好的催化活性 ,醇酸摩尔比为 1.2∶ 1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的1.0 % ,反应时间 1.5 h,反应温度 110~ 12 2℃ ,产率可达 96 .3%
Synthesis of iso amyl acetate using TiSiW 12 O 40 as catalyst has been studied.Factors influencing the synthesis were discussed.The optimized conditions are:molar ratio of iso pentanol to acetic acid is 1 2∶1;the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.0% of the feed stock,the reaction temperature is 110~122℃ and the reaction time is 1.5h.TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing iso amyl acetate with high yield of 96.3%.
