摘要
制备了一种高分子金属配合物催化剂——二氧化硅负载聚丙烯酸 -丙烯酰胺锰络合物 (Si MMC-Mn) ,以此为催化剂 ,在甲醇与环氧氯丙烷摩尔比为 2 .3∶ 1条件下 ,由甲醇和二氧化碳在热压下反应合成碳酸二甲酯 ,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明 ,高分子配位体与溴化锰的质量比为 8∶ 1、反应温度在 1 3 0~ 1 40℃、压力为 2 .0 MPa,反应时间为 8h是最佳反应条件 ,2 7.3
The metal complex of polymer catalyst silica supported polyacrylic acid polyacrylamide manganese complex was prepared.Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was synthesized from carbon dioxide and methanol by SiMMC Mn catalyst in the presence of chloroepoxy propane.The influencing factors of reaction were investigated.When 2.3∶1 (molar ratio) of methanol and chloroepoxy propane were used the optimized conditions are:weight ratio of ligand polymer to manganese bromide is 8∶1;reaction temperature is 130~140℃;reaction pressure is 2.0MPa and reaction time is 8h.The yield of DMC is 27.3%.
