研究了一种快速定量分析苯丙酮酸和 β-苄基 -α-苯丙酮酸混合物的方法。在冰醋酸和二甲亚砜的水溶液中 ,苯丙酮酸可以和 3价铁离子生成一种蓝绿色的配合物 ,该化合物在 640 nm处有最大吸收 ,而β-苄基 -α-苯丙酮酸却没有这一显色现象。利用此原理可以快速分析混合物中苯丙酮酸的含量。同时 。

It is found that the content of phenylpyruvic acid (PPA) in mixture could be analyzed quickly and conveniently by colorirmetry.In the aqueous solution of acetate and DMSO,PPA can coordinate with Fe 3+ to form a complex,which has maximum absorption at 640 nm,while β benzyl phenylpyruvic acid (BPPA) doesn′t have this characteristics.Thus,the content of PPA can be quantitatively determined.The principle of this method is also discussed.
