摘要
在 Na2 B4 O7-Na OH缓冲溶液中 ,痕量钼 ( )对 KBr O3氧化胭脂红的退色反应有催化作用 ,退色程度与 Mo( )量在一定范围内呈线性关系 ,由此建立测定痕量 Mo( )的分光光度法。结果表明 ,方法检出限为 1 .6× 1 0 - 1 0 g/m L,Mo( )量在 0 .0~ 5 0μg/L范围内退色程度符合比尔定律 。
In Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH (pH9.6) buffered solution trace Mo(Ⅵ) can catalyze oxidized fading of carmine with KBrO 3 as oxidant.The fading extent is liner with the concentration of Mo(Ⅵ).Based on this a spectrophotometric method for determining of trace Mo(Ⅵ) was developed.The results show that the detection limits of the method is 1.6×10 -10 g/mL for Mo(Ⅵ) at 525 nm.The Beer′s law is obeyed for Mo(Ⅵ) in the range of 0.0~50 g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Mo in stone coal cinder with satisfactory results.
