摘要
黄铁矾的制备和用于催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的研究 ,实验发现黄铁矾固体酸催化剂的催化酯化性能良好 ,使合成柠檬酸三丁酯的产率达到 97.8% ,并对该催化剂的催化性能进行了较详细的研究 ,证明黄铁矾用固体酸催化剂催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯具有速度快、催化效率高、产品分离提纯方便、对设备无腐蚀、无污染。
Yellow ferric potassium vitriol was prepared and used as catalyst for the synthesis of tributyl citrate from citric acid and butanol The catalyst showed a high catalytic activity The reacting time was 90 min The catalyst quantity ( W Fe / W citric acid ) was 5 5% and the ratio of reactants was n (citric acid)∶ n (butanol)=1∶6 The yield of tributyl citrate was 97 8%
