采用样品用注射器吸取后直接经C18柱后进样 ,用气相色谱法测定 .该方法适合多种饮料中的乙醇测定 ,平均回收率为 98.6 % ,检出限为 7.
A method of determination of ethanol in drink by gas chromatography is introduced. The result showed that the recovery of the method was 98.6 % and the detection limit was 7.7 mg/L.
