摘要
报道了一种在线柱分离 ICP- MS快速测定高纯氧化铕中杂质铥的方法。采用一种新型膦酸类萃取剂 ,大大降低了淋洗酸度 ,洗脱液中的 Tm直接进入 ICP- MS进行在线测定。整个分离测定周期为 40 min,方法检出限为 0 .1 2 ng/ m L,加标回收率为 91 .5 %~ 98% ,RSD为 4.1 %。该方法快速 ,简便。用于高纯氧化铕中杂质铥的测定 。
A method for online column separation ICP MS determination of Tm in high purity Eu 2O 3 was reported. The application of a new phosphinic acid type extraction reagent greatly reduced the acidity of eluant. The eluate containing Tm went directly into ICP MS for on line determination. The separation determination period was 40mins. The detection limit for Tm was 0.12 ng/mL. The recovery of standard addition was 91.5%~98% with precision of 4.1%. The method was rapid and easy to operate. It has been applied to the determination of REE impurity Tm in high purity Eu 2O 3 samples with satisfactory result
