摘要
建立了金属钕和氧化钕中 2 4个杂质元素的高频感耦等离子体原子发射光谱直接测定的方法。配制了 3组可混溶的多元素标准溶液 ,采用基体匹配法和多组分光谱拟合 ( MSF)技术以消除基体光谱干扰。测定元素的回收率为 96.8%~ 1 0 4 .0 % ,精密度为 0 .92 ( Ti) %~ 6.9( Ca) %
The method of ICP AES for simultaneous and direct determination of 24 rare earth and non rare earth impurity elements in metal Nd and Nd 2O 3 was studied. Three series of mix soluble multielement standard solutions were prepared. Matrix match method and multi component spectral fitting (MSF) technique were used to eliminate spectral interference of Nd matrix. The determination recoveries were 96.8%~104.0% and relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.92%(Ti)~6.9%(Ca).
