摘要
采用高效液相色谱法在Zorbax 30 0 SBC18色谱柱 (5 μm ,4 6mmi.d .× 15cm)上以 0 0 1mol/L磷酸缓冲液(pH 2 32 )和甲醇的二元流动相梯度分离测定了螺旋霉素发酵液中的有机酸 ,流动相的流速为 0 6mL/min ,紫外检测波长为 2 10nm。实验结果表明 ,该方法的相对标准偏差为 0 33%~ 0 10 % ,回收率为 99 95 %~ 10 0 0 8%。方法简便、快速、可靠。
