摘要
根据相平衡的原理 ,建立了酚醛类高分子复合材料中残余三甲胺含量的分析方法。测试过程包括预处理、萃取及气相色谱分析。复合材料经过一定的预处理后 ,恒温 16h ,吸附在其中的三甲胺充分转移到液相 ,最后用气相色谱测试液相中三甲胺的浓度。方法准确灵敏 ,测试结果符合微量分析的要求 。
A method for the determination of residual TMA in the bakelite type macromolecule complex material has been established The whole process includes sample pretreatment, TMA extraction and GC analysis After the samples have been pretreated, the TMA in them was extracted at (38±2) ℃ for 16 hours Then the content of TMA in the liquid can be determined directly From the experimental results we can conclude that the whole method is cheap, simple and accurate It meets the requirement of microanalysis and can be used to determine real samples
