摘要
着重介绍了在生铁铸件上镀两次Cu—Sn合金工艺,解决镀层的泛点和锈蚀问题。对Cu—Sn合金代镍工艺的不断改进和提高,具有一定的参考作用。
A two-atage Cu-Sn alloy electroplating process is described in the paper. The technique could help solving the slack and stain problem of Cu-Sn alloy coatings on iron castings.
