摘要 介绍了一种评定阻垢剂性能的新方法 ,即在某一 pH范围内 ,通过测定加入阻垢剂后Ca(HCO3) 2 过饱和溶液的起始 pH与一定时间后的稳定pH之差 ,根据差值的变化评定阻垢剂的阻垢性能。通过与国内普遍采用的评定阻垢剂性能的方法———静态阻垢法和鼓泡法的比较 ,证明此法简便、快捷、重现性好。 A method evaluating the efficiency of scale inhibitors used in cooling water systems is described in this paper. According to the change of pH value of Ca (HCO 3) 2 supersaturated solution before and after precipitation, the efficiency of scale inhibitors can be evaluated by means of the pH shift. The pH shift method is more convenient and rapid than the static method and the aeration method, which are generally used to assess the performance of scale inhibitor. The experimental results showed that this method has good repeatability and high reliability. The optimum detecting time after sedimentation and available inhibitor dosage for this method is obtained.
