摘要 试验了Alon和Sialon材料的酸溶解特性。结果表明 ,在氢氟酸盐酸混合酸介质中 ,180~ 2 0 0℃加压溶解 8h以上 ,Sialon和Alon材料中的氮氧化物能完全分解。在硫磷混酸中Alon能完全分解。Alon在 2 0 0 g·L- 1氢氧化钠中能分解 70 0 g·L- 1左右。 For the final determination of nitrogen in the ceramic materials (Alon and Sialon) by the acidimetric titration method, method of sample dissolution is tested. It is found that oxides and nitrides in these materials can by completely dissolved by HF+HCl in a closed pressure vessel at 180~200℃ for 8h. or over. Alon can be completely dissolved in a mixed acid of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. These materials can also be dissolved to a certain extent by direct treatment with 200g·L -1 NaOH solution. For the sake of convenience, samples of sialon and sialon containing materials are dissolved by HCl+HF under pressure in closed vessel at 180~200℃; and alon and alon containing materials are to be dissolved in H 2SO 4 H 3PO 4 acid mixture.
