摘要
利用高效液相色谱 ,采用外标法测定样品中亚氨基二乙酸的含量 ,紫外检测器检测波长为 2 10nm ,色谱柱为SAX强阴离子交换柱 ,用 0 .0 0 5mol·L- 1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 (pH 2 .5 )为流动相 ,对样品进行分析。其线性相关系数为 0 .9996,标准偏差为 0 .0 35 ,回收率为 98.5 %～ 10 1.5 %。
The determination of IDA by HPLC by external standard method was described. A solution of 0 005mol·L -1 of KH 2PO 4 (pH 2.5) was used as the mobile phase. SAX column was used and the UV detection at 210nm was applied. The correlation coefficient was found to be 0.9996 and the standard deviation was 0.035. Recoveries were found in the range of 98.5%～101.5%.
